Situated facing onto Liberation Road and approximately 1km from Kotoka International Airport, The Atlantic Tower boasts 16 500m² of prime office space, retail and showrooms with 300 parking bays provided. MDS Architecture has designed Phase 2 of the Mlimani City master plan for Mlimani Holdings, a subsidiary of Turnstar Holdings in Botswana, which expands the development in line with the phenomenal growth of Dar Es Salaam. The phase involves the expansions and refurbishment of the shopping centre, conference centre and office building.
