East Rand Mall

The East Rand Mall has undergone a massive phased renovation which includes a new retail section and parkade. Distinctive interior ceiling features and an organic veil, along with an abundance of natural light, transform the shopping centre.

Springs Mall

Springs Mall is located alongside an ecological wetland area in the East Rand of Gauteng. Unique entrances were designed to create a wind breaks to avoid using revolving doors and wind lobbies. Springs Mall is a double level centre that offers 50 000 m² GLA.

Thavhani Mall

Thavhani Mall, a 50 000m² regional shopping centre, is centrally located in the centre of Thohoyandou in Northern Limpopo. The entrances to the mall feature high volume canopies held up by abstract structures which evoke the language of the Baobab tree. Jabi Lake Mall

Jabi Lake Mall is a 27 000m² two-level shopping centre in Abuja, Nigeria on a spectacular site at the edge of a lake. The main entrance features a striking triple volume metaphor for a tree as a focal point and traditional gathering point.

FNB Head Office Bedfordview

The 2800m² GLA office building is located on a prominent corner site on Van der Linde Road with the popular Bedford Square in the background. The building houses the FNB regional headquarters. The design of the two-storey building was selected from a number of entries in a competition run by FNB.

Riverside Shopping Centre

Riverside Shopping Centre, a distinctive landmark in Bryanston’s suburban landscape, has undergone a refurbishment and extension and now offers 5400 m² of GLA.
