Fairlands Office Development
The building houses over 5,000 people and was developed by a consortium including MDS Architecture. It is an iconic architectural statement located on the very busy N1 Western Bypass motorway of Johannesburg’s northern suburbs.
Commerce Square
This 5-building office parkwas planned around a landscaped spine that opens vistas to the Magaliesberg mountain range. Water is an important element in the design of these buildings, providing a very sophisticated office development on the edge of the upmarket suburb of Sandhurst.

Edendale Mall
Edendale Mall is the first major shopping centre in this traditionally underserviced area. It offers 33,000 m2 GLA on a single level. A 2.4 ha wetland was rehabilitated and now offers a viable green outdoor space to the centre. This two-level super regional shopping centre takes inspiration from nature in terms of the form of the building and its tactile interior and exterior finishes.
