Warere Beach Hotel
This small budget hotel in Nungwe on the northern tip of Zanzibar celebrates the uninterrupted views of the Indian Ocean from the site. The design features wind towers typical of Middle Eastern architecture to provide natural ventilation by collecting the wind.

Takoradi Mall in Ghana is a 12 000m² GLA in a single level building with phase 2 taking the total GLA of the centre to 20 000m². The design is contemporary but in keeping with the flavours and vibrant colours of the local Takoradi and Ghanaian vernacular.
Mlimani City Mall Phase 2
