Al Souq Madinat Jumeirah Resort

Developed in association with DSA Architects, the Madinat Jumeirah resort was designed with a deep commitment to traditional Arabic architecture, detailing and proportions. Al Souq represents a typical Arabic shopping street with merchant’s wares spilling out into the walkways, allowing shop owners to vie for shoppers’ attention.

Mall of Mocambique

Design in progress Mall of Mocambique in Tete’s is a 26 000 m2 shopping centre with plans for future expansion. The Mall is the first phase of a master plan, which includes a filling station, drive-through restaurant and a hospital on site.

Mall of Zimbabwe

Design in progress This modern shopping centre in the suburb of Borrowdale, Harare features a taxi-rank, drive through restaurant and stand-alone retailers. The shopping mall is designed on a single level with some restaurants and a gaming casino on the upper floor overlooking the amphitheatre.

Ikeja City Mall

Ikeja City Mall offers 22500 m2 GLA. The design is contemporary, with exterior finishes in an earthy colour palette, including dry-packed natural stone at the base of the building.

Exponential Offices

This contemporary landmark building offers 10,000 m2 GLA in an 8-storey development. The design creates the sense of an inspired workplace, with a fresh take on corrugated sheeting as an exterior finish alongside aluminium and copper elements.
