Mall de Tete
MDS Architecture designed the first mall in Tete, Mozambique: a 14 000m² shopping centre with plans for future expansion. The open mall is becoming enclosed.
Mahlakung Shopping Centre
Mahlakung offers 11 500m² of GLA near the town of Hoedspruit. The mall features a tree-lined avenue to demarcate the outdoor walkways and an orthogonal design.

Contemporary double level regional shopping centre with over 60,000m² of GLA to the east of Pretoria. The building incorporates all the known brands and has a large entertainment area to cater for the needs of the growing population.

The gross leasable area of the mall is planned at 43 000m²
Kwagga Mall Redevelopment
Located in Kwaggafontein, the existing open-air plaza was converted into an enclosed mall, thus extending the GLA of the building to 34 000m². Old face brick facades feature steel cladding and continuous shopfronts, creating a thoroughly modern feel.
