Takoradi Mall
Takoradi Mall in Ghana is a 12 000m² GLA in a single level building with phase 2 taking the total GLA of the centre to 20 000m². The design is contemporary but in keeping with the flavours and vibrant colours of the local Takoradi and Ghanaian vernacular.
Mlimani City Mall Phase 2
A 10,000m² addition to the existing regional shopping centre in Dar Es Salaam. The existing building of 20,000m² was also refurbished to become one of Tanzania’s premium shopping destinations.
Flamwood Walk
A 10,000m² addition with new major tenants to the existing convenience shopping centre in Klerksdorp. The existing public facilities of the building were also refurbished and a new contemporary walkway was added .
The Junction
The Junction in Accra, Ghana is local community strip shopping centre which offers 12 500 m2 GLA, The design concept is one of an open, tree-lined boulevard between portions of the centre.
Alex Mall
Alex Mall which opened to the public at the end of March 2017 offers almost 30 000 m² GLA. To engender a sense of pride in the township, the mall features traditional patterns and colours of the local community.

Paarl Mall
Paarl Mall fits snugly into the majestic Drakenstein mountains surrounding the site. The design makes the most of the surroundings through glass windows and takes its cues from the Taal Monument and icons of the surrounding winelands.
