The Ridge @ Shallcross
This internalised mall offers 17,000 m2 of retail space. Given the dynamic site on top of a hill, external lighting was used to dramatic effect.
Paarl Mall
Paarl Mall fits snugly into the majestic Drakenstein mountains surrounding the site. The design makes the most of the surroundings through glass windows and takes its cues from the Taal Monument and icons of the surrounding winelands. Riverside Mall
This regional shopping centre, located on the White River Road, outside Nelspruit, was constructed in two phases. With a GLA in excess of 49 000m2, it houses all major retailers and attracts shoppers from as far afield as Mocambique. Its cinema complex and food court leads directly into the adjacent Emnotweni Casino.
The Crossing
Given the predominance of street shopping in the area, the 19,000 m2 development is anchored by two major tenants and various satellite shops, all connected by a covered walkway. The centre has become a landmark in North West province and is also well frequented by visitors from across the border.

Heidelberg Mall
The prominent façade of Heidelberg Mall in Gauteng attracts shoppers to the 35 000m² shopping centre. It features clean lines, glazing and design features which include materials and a colour palette to evoke the surrounding Suikerbosrand.
East Rand Mall
The East Rand Mall has undergone a massive phased renovation which includes a new retail section and parkade. Distinctive interior ceiling features and an organic veil, along with an abundance of natural light, transform the shopping centre.
Springs Mall
Springs Mall is located alongside an ecological wetland area in the East Rand of Gauteng. Unique entrances were designed to create a wind breaks to avoid using revolving doors and wind lobbies. Springs Mall is a double level centre that offers 50 000 m² GLA.
Thavhani Mall
Thavhani Mall, a 50 000m² regional shopping centre, is centrally located in the centre of Thohoyandou in Northern Limpopo. The entrances to the mall feature high volume canopies held up by abstract structures which evoke the language of the Baobab tree.
